Yes. Every guide on InteractSafe includes source citations with direct links to FDA official labeling, NIH publications, and PubMed abstracts. Nothing is sourced from secondary sources without a traceable primary citation.

No. The interaction checker does not create user accounts, does not store medication selections after a session ends, and does not collect any information that could identify an individual. Interactions exist in browser session memory only and are cleared when the tab closes.

InteractSafe is not a HIPAA covered entity and does not store, transmit, or process protected health information (PHI). Because no PHI flows to us, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is not required on our end. Partners in regulated environments should consult their own compliance counsel about their broader data practices — but embedding the InteractSafe widget does not create a PHI-sharing arrangement with us. Standard Cloudflare server logs (with IP anonymization) and, optionally, anonymized aggregate usage analytics for partners who opt in. Aggregate analytics record interaction type counts only — e.g., "GLP-1 + cannabis: 200 checks this month" — with no individual-level tracking, no personally identifiable information, and no linking of a check to any user identity.

InteractSafe content is based on US regulatory sources (FDA, NIH) and is most applicable to US-market drug products. International partners are welcome to inquire — drug names and formulations vary by market, and we'll be upfront about where the content maps well versus where there are gaps.
